Role Purpose
The Global Marketing Executive plays a vital role in supporting Pickering’s growth by executing creative, data-driven campaigns across digital platforms. Focused on lead generation and brand visibility, this role contributes to the success of marketing strategies through content creation, campaign analysis, social media engagement, and website optimisation.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the Marketing Executive ensures consistent, high-quality output across all marketing channels. By helping to drive engagement, support events, and monitor performance, this role directly supports Pickering’s business objectives.

A degree in a business, marketing or digital creative design discipline would be desirable or equivalent relevant experience.
Previous proven experience in digital marketing is essential.
Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), preferably WordPress.
Knowledge of PPC/Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Knowledge of SEO practices.
Understanding of eCommerce and evolving digital technologies.
Key Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail, ensuring all external content/communications are accurate.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Ability to analyse data and share findings with relevant colleagues.
Enthusiasm for learning our product catalogue, basic technical terminology and digital marketing software tools.
Passion for learning about and improving the practice of digital marketing in a B2B environment.
Creative mindset would be desirable.
Proficient in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Experience in Adobe Suite (Photoshop and InDesign) is beneficial but not essential.
