Group Junior Business Systems Technician

ROLE PURPOSE 

To support users in the UK, CZ and sales offices with requests and issues with business applications such as Sage X3, Salesforce, and Hubspot among others. To create and maintain reports on business data, help the Business Systems team with technical projects and upgrades and help manage the vast amount of business data from increasing number of systems.

Key Responsibilities 

  • To set up, support and improve regular scheduled reports.
  • Create new Salesforce and ERP users, permissions, reports and dashboards.
  • Support Inbound Marketing Software.
  • Data cleansing, imports and updates.
  • Collecting, presenting and helping to analyse information.
  • Use the ticket system to manage support tickets.
  • Maintenance and provision of documentation.
  • Assisting with technical projects and upgrades.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: GCSE Maths & English C or above.
  • Experience: Experience using Microsoft Excel.
  • Skills/Competencies: Problem solving, communication, high attention to detail, able to use initiative, communicating over Zoom/Teams as well as face-to-face.

Required Qualifications:

  • Any course in Microsoft Excel or SQL.
