Customer Care Representative 

Purpose & Responsibilities

Pickering Interfaces is seeking a motivated individual to join our customer service team as an administrator. The individual will work cross-functionally with our sales, marketing, and operations team to provide superior customer service to our worldwide customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Timely purchase order review and entry to our factories in the United Kingdom and Czech Republic (approx. 10- 15 orders per day)

  • Assist our marketing team with trade show logistics (hotel arrangements, shipping material, booth registration, etc)

  • Tracking all customer orders to ensure delivery

  • Review and provide quotes

  • Moderate shipping and receiving

  • Create, maintain and ensure proper return of our customer evaluation process

  • Perform administrative duties to support cross-functional departments

Essential Education, Skills, Knowledge:

  • Three to five years experience working in a customer service/sales environment

  • Proficient PC skills using Microsoft Office, including Explorer, Word, Excel, Outlook, plus CRM databases and related applications. The candidate should be able to create/edit letters/emails and utilize spreadsheets and other related tasks with minimal assistance or supervision. Demon

  • Demonstrate sufficient interpersonal and written/verbal communications skills.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Good organizational skills; detail oriented; ability to manage time in completing job duties.
