Buying & selling holiday
Pickering is committed to supporting its employees to achieve a healthy balance between their work and personal lives. We recognise that some employees may wish to take more or less than the contractual annual leave entitlement. Therefore, employees have the opportunity to buy or sell up to 5 days holiday every year.
We like to encourage our employees to get to know each other outside of work. Pickering has allocated a £200 per head annual budget for team building events such as meals out, bowling etc.
