Job content:

Pre-sales service (product selection), product application commissioning, product after-sales service (testing and maintenance), organization of technical training, writing technical documents, support exhibition activities.

Education requirements:

Undergraduate in electronics, computer, or communications-related major

Skill requirements (all or part of the requirements):

• Electronic circuit design
• Virtual instrument software development
• Automatic test system integration
• Good communications skills (lectures, training)
• Spoken and written English a must

Details of the work:

• Pre-sales service: fully learn the technical characteristics and application methods of existing Pickering products, according to the technical requirements of customers to choose the corresponding product model or combination of a variety of products and give software system solutions. The position needs the applicant to be able to work with other vendor’s instrumentation to assist in the overall operation of the test system.
• Product application debugging: to assist new users to learn how to use the product, including the use of software panels, sample code debugging and so on.
• After-sales service: product performance testing and verification of returned product(s), ship and track the faulty product back to the factory for repair.
• Organize technical training: regular technical training and new product introduction to agents and partners, targeted technical training for users, intra-company technical exchange.
• Writing technical documents: application notes, submitting sample code.
• Supporting exhibition activities: technical presentations, booth live product demonstrations, customer contact collection, technical exchanges.
• Monitor demo equipment shipped to customer sites – ensure that the product(s) are received and returned after the evaluation period is complete.
