Happy New Year. This past year we have worked hard to continuously enhance and expand our switching and simulation product range. We are excited to kick off 2021 with two new Gen 3 PXI Express (PXIe) Chassis. The 8-Slot (model 42-924) and 18-Slot (model 42-925) are designed for high-performance, benchtop or rack mount applications and provide high-performance and low-cost for a broad range of applications.
Both chassis feature an intelligent chassis management system that monitors the power supply voltage, internal temperature and cooling fan speed. The innovative cooling design moves the air from front to back. This means that in most use cases, they only require 4U of rack space.
With fully hybrid capable slots, you'll have the flexibility needed to choose whichever product best fits your application, regardless of the bus (PXI or PXIe). The new chassis include other useful features such as low operating noise, external clocking capability and rack mount handles as standard.
