I'm pleased to report that Pickering has seen yet another strong year of growth in 2023, propelled as usual by substantial new product introductions in both our PXI/PXIe and LXI Ethernet platforms. Some of the 2023 highlights include:

• Many of our most popular PXI modules were updated to dual PXI/PXIe format, supporting legacy PXI and new design PXIe test and simulation systems essential for Aerospace and Defense applications. 
• We have expanded our microwave switching to 110GHz in modular PXI, PXIe and LXI Ethernet platforms.
• We now offer flexible microwave PXI & PXIe switch modules. The new 4x-890 range brings highly configurable microwave switching to PXI.
• Introduction of our Microwave Switch Design Tool.  A software tool running in any web browser simplifies microwave switching system design.
• Our first MEMS-based RF switch module offers up to 300X operational life and 60X test throughput.
• We launched the latest version of our PXI/PXIe 6-channel 300mA battery simulators updated with greater voltage isolation to allow BMS test with battery stacks up to 1kV
• We added a 21-slot PXIe chassis and a single-slot PXIe embedded controller, offering the maximum density possible in any PXI chassis.
• Our custom cabling solutions are proving ever more popular, using our web-based Cable Design Tool, with an average of two new custom designs completed each working day!

During 2023, we have seen particularly strong growth in the US market, with an all-direct Pickering salesforce and sales and support personnel now located in all major regions of the continental US.
