When MSL Circuits, an ALL Circuits company was challenged to manufacture and test battery management systems (BMS) with a major automotive company, they turned to Pickering. The requirement was for each BMS to be functionally verified as they came off the production line at a rate of four per minute. Having devised a test methodology, we were able to come up with a solution using our PXI battery simulation modules, chassis, and support.
