As automated test and verification continues to grow and become more important in various industries, Pickering was fortunate to experience substantial growth in 2021, the highest growth year in the history of the company! Much of this was propelled by introducing new products that reflect your switching and simulation requirements. And in 2022, I’m excited to share significant product introduction plans; these include:
Continue to expand our range of PXIe modules—both new designs and upgrades—adding PXIe to existing PXI module ranges that will increase our ability to service test applications including EV/Battery, Automotive, Semiconductor and Mil/Aero markets.
Multiple new PXI, PXIe and LXI high voltage switching families up to 9kV in various configurations and densities. We recently announced our 65-218 scalable LXI matrix platform range.
Expand our range of supported communication protocols with 1000Base-T1 PXI and PXIe fault insertion switching modules (look for the product announcement next week), addressing specific needs in the Automotive test market.
Enhancing our PXI and PXIe battery simulator module range with much higher currents and stacking beyond 1kV which is needed for emerging BMS requirements.
Adding many more microwave switching options into our LXI platform, where we've experienced high demand in Semiconductor, Avionics and Communications test applications.
Launching a Switching/Simulation System Design Tool that’ll allow you to design complex switching functionality.
And our relay division, Pickering Electronics, will be adding new reed relays including high power to 200W (5kV)—high current and high volts in the industry’s smallest packages—allowing maximum packing density.
